Gearing up for Honduras!

We are gearing up for our trip to Honduras on Sept. 14-30. We praise God for the provisions he has given us for this trip to pay for our tickets. We are still in need of about $1,800 to completely pay for our tickets. There are also some extra costs we will need to incur while we are in Honduras for transportation and necessities that total about $300. Thank you all for praying, and if God moves you to give, thank you for that as well! He is able and is SO good!

Please continue to pray for us and for this trip. Here are specific prayer requests:

• All funds to be provided to cover cost of trip
• Our hearts to be prepared for what we will experience while there
• For safe travel to and from and within the country
• For good weather (Honduras has been experiencing very heavy rains and flooding lately)
• For God to be honored in everything we say and do
• Opportunities to share the hope that we have in Jesus
  
• For a great bonding time with our team
• For understanding of our future ministry and contacts and connections to be made while there
• For our team at the seminary in Siguatepeque: a building collapsed due to the rain (no one was injured). This sets back plans for housing at the seminary and uses up valuable resources (materials, money to buy them, and time invested). Read more here.
