There has been some misunderstanding on our announcement of reaching 100% of our monthly support so we wanted to clear up any confusion. Our monthly support has been met for everyday needs and to support our ministry in Honduras. However, we still need "relocating" funds to provide for our airfare, visas, household items, vehicle, and Spanish language school. This total is approximately $15,000.
Our goal is to begin making plans June 1st to leave for Honduras by the end of July. We cannot do this until these funds are available.
But we serve a God who has cattle on a thousand hills!! A generous partner in ministry has pledged to MATCH up to $8,000 of ANY one-time support that comes in before May 31st.
This is such a confirmation for us that the Lord indeed wants us to go to Honduras this summer and that he wants to show himself faithful to his calling on our lives.
